Delivery and Installation Services

Delivery Services:

So you’ve ordered your skylights, but either don’t have the trucks or time to come and pick up your order. We offer our Ground-Level delivery services to the GTA and surrounding areas. OUR trucks, OUR personnel, YOUR best interests. See below our list of services available to get your product direct to the job site.

Crating Services: If you need your order to be crated, our in house crating department uses heavy-duty crating materials to properly and safely secure your order in the most efficient way possible. Some options include:

1. Basic Skid (recommended for smaller sized skylights with high quantities)
2. Crate-To-Hoist (makes for easier pickup with some added protection – recommended when using a crane/hoist)
3. Fully Protective Wood Crate (Offers optimal protection – recommended when shipping via freight)
4. Complete+ Protection (Fully Protective Wood Crate + completely wrapped in Heavy-Gauge Heat-Shrink material)

Basic Ground Level Delivery: Order is delivered to the job site at ground level and is offloaded by the recipient. Order is scheduled for delivery within 4-5 days of order completion. A typical 2-3 hour window for arrival time is provided. *FLAT RATE (please inquire with your sales representative).

Premium+ Appointment Delivery: Order is delivered to the job site at ground level and is offloaded by the recipient. Order is scheduled for delivery to the customer’s desired date and time (within normal working hours). A courtesy call will be made 30 min. prior to arrival to the requested site. *ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY.

Roof-Level Delivery: We can lift your order to the roof level also if required. Your order is delivered to the job site and hoisted to the roof level by means of a crane/hoist. Order is typically scheduled for delivery within 4-5 days of order completion. *ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY.

Transport/Freight: If you are outside our immediate delivery area, we also can ship our product across Canada and to International addresses. We work with a closely networked group of logistics companies to make sure your product is delivered efficiently and safely to the address of your choosing. Our in house crating department will secure your product with a fully protective wood crate for safer transport. *ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY (dependent on Carrier Rates).

Installation Services:

Our installation crew is fully certified and trained for complete installation of any one of our products. Specializing in Commercial/Institutional/Industrial work areas, our forces can handle the task. High level of attention to details and scheduling are what set us apart, to make sure the job is completed within scheduled time frames and to the highest degree.

Consolidating your trades on site can be complex and scheduling is ever evolving. So why not simplify the process by having Artistic Skylight® supply and install any daylighting products for your project, any doubts of warranty between supplier and installer are taken care of. Any specialty on-site directions or requirements are dealt with directly by our Project Manager and Site Supervisors.
